No, this is an ICS employee only event.

[fa icon="plus-square"] When must we RSVP by?

All RSVPs must be received by February 18th! Please make sure your RSVP is on time to secure your spot on the May trip.

[fa icon="plus-square"] What are my flight details?

We ask that you please do not book flights on your own. Natalia Roberts will be handling the flight booking process internally at ICS.

[fa icon="plus-square"] Can I come early or extend my trip?

We have a limited amount of pre/post extensions. 

Please email Info@ExecutiveGroupTravel.com for extension requests at the discounted group rate. 

Once Executive Group Travel confirms your extension, you have 72 hours to cancel those nights. After 72 hours, any cancelled rooms will be billed back to you through payroll.

[fa icon="plus-square"] What should I pack?

This is a casual trip but we do recommend packing several formal outfits for group dinners.

[fa icon="plus-square"] What can I expense from this trip?

The hotel is not all-inclusive so all meals and drinks will need to be covered by you.  ICS has provided a $300 resort credit on your room account to help defray the cost of food and drinks.  Anything over the allotted resort credit amount will be your responsibility.

[fa icon="plus-square"] What happens if I don't spend my resort credit?
At the end of your trip, if there is a balance from the resort credit issued to you, please note that there isn't a cash payout option, the remaining balance will just go back to the company to invest towards future trips!
[fa icon="plus-square"] Is airport transportation provided?

Yes, but for arrivals we ask everyone to use Uber/Lyft or taxi and expense the cost of your trip.  Please partner up with co-workers on your same flights.

Uber/Lyft: Can only be ordered to designated areas for each terminal (varies); please note that it is usually a longer than average wait time due to Covid but this is still the recommended mode of transport to the hotel.  

[fa icon="plus-square"] If the itinerary changes, how will I stay updated?

There will be two options.

1.  Download the Travefy app that Executive Group Travel sends you, it will be hard to survive this trip without it. It provides everything from hotel confirmation # to flight details to airport transfer information!

2.  The website will also have all updates posted before the event and during the event.
