No, this is an ICS employee only event.

[fa icon="plus-square"] When must we RSVP by?

All RSVPs must be received by January 6th! Please make sure your RSVP is on time to secure your spot on the February trip.

[fa icon="plus-square"] What are my flight details?

We ask that you please do not book flights on your own. Natalia Roberts will be handling the flight booking process internally at ICS.

[fa icon="plus-square"] Can I come early or extend my trip?

We have a limited amount of pre/post extensions. 

Please email Info@ExecutiveGroupTravel.com for extension requests at the discounted group rate. 

Once Executive Group Travel confirms your extension, you have 72 hours to cancel those nights. After 72 hours, any cancelled rooms will be your financial responsibility.

[fa icon="plus-square"] What should I pack?

This is a casual trip and long pants are not required at any of the restaurants. 

The average tempature is 84 degrees in February in Cancun.

[fa icon="plus-square"] What can I expense from this trip?

Given this is an all-inclusive property, we ask that you only expense airport transfers (home to airport round-trip)!  

Please remember- bottles of wine are NOT included as part of the all-inclusive package. Glasses of wine are complimentary. If you choose to upgrade your wine at dinner, we do ask that you cover that personally.

[fa icon="plus-square"] Is airport transportation provided?

Yes. When you arrive to Cancun airport, please proceed through customs then pick up luggage and pass through immigration. Please follow signs towards the exit and make sure you completely exit the airport before looking for your transfer. It will be outside the airport, not inside. Please look for the ICS sign held by Amstar DMC once you exit the airport. They will be wearing blue Hawaiian shirts and khaki pants.

For your transfer from Unico to the Cancun airport, you must check-out from the hotel and meet the Amstar rep in the main lobby. At check out, you will be provided with a hotel checkout card, which you will need to provide to the bellman in order to depart the hotel.

[fa icon="plus-square"] If the itinerary changes, how will I stay updated?

There will be two options.

1.  Download the Travefy app that Executive Group Travel sends you, it will be hard to survive this trip without it. It provides everything from hotel confirmation # to flight details to airport transfer information!

2.  The website will also have all updates posted before the event and during the event.
